Warriors Benefit and Compensation Services provide access to a network of licensed medical providers. Providers within the group share a common goal, which is to help Veterans with complete and accurate medical documentation. The Veterans Affairs makes the ruling decision on all claims submitted. If your disabilities warrant an increase and your DBQ’s are completed correctly, you have a high probability of success. Warriors Benefit and Compensation Services does not make any promises or guarantees.
Warriors Benefit and Compensation Services, LLC offers access to a licensed medical group. We do charge a fee, similar to fees charged by private healthcare providers. However, we do offer veterans a FREE, no-obligation consultation.

Yes. Warriors Benefit and Compensation Services only assist with the completion of the Disability Benefit Questionnaire (DBQ) and medical evaluations. Veterans are required to submit their own claims. This can be done via an organization of your choice, mailing your claim to the VA, or filing electronically on the eBenefits or VA website.
Warriors Benefit and Compensation Services is not affiliated with the Veterans Administration. The medical group that Warriors Benefit and Compensation Services provide you access to is comprised of independent licensed medical providers who understand the claims process. VA appointed medical providers are contracted by the Veterans Administration. In most cases, they are overloaded with patients and do not give proper attention to each claim. A large majority of veterans who see VA appointed doctors when filing their claims are unsatisfied with the results. Thus, resulting in years of refiling and/or a lengthy appeal process.
Yes. Upon completion of the FREE no-obligation consultation, we will determine if it is best to wait for the appeal or claim to be closed or not. Please contact me further for more information.
Yes. We work with many accredited agents, attorneys, and lawyers. All Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) must be completed and signed by a licensed medical provider. Accredited agents, attorneys, and lawyers cannot give medical advice or sign DBQs.
Our licensed medical providers know the VA disability claims process and understand how to complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). Most primary care physicians do not have the knowledge to complete a DBQ correctly.
We offer an expedited process for those who have an impending deadline they need to meet; contact us ASAP to see if we can help. *Please note, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to meet your deadline, this will depend on certain factors of your claim.
Results are not guaranteed and Warriors Benefit and Compensation Services make no promises. Any information discussed such as, but not limited to; likely chance of an increase or service connection, estimated benefit amounts, potential new ratings, is solely based on past client generalizations and not specific to any one patient. The doctor has the right to reject and/or refuse to complete a Veteran’s DBQ and/or Nexus Letter if he/she feels the Veteran is not being truthful. The Veteran’s Administration is the only agency that can make a determination, in regard to whether or not a Veteran will receive an increase in their service-connected disabilities or make a decision on whether or not a disability will be considered service connected.
